• This program is designed to identify your problem areas and assist in correcting problems before they get out of hand.
• We will thoroughly critique 50 (or 100) of your already paid claims. In doing so, we will provide you with a written report outlining any problems and/or concerns which we have identified.

Some of the common items which we identify are:

1. Tech’s being paid for work which is not documented and/or not being paid for work which is documented.
2. Add-on repairs, which do not conform to the current Warranty & Policy requirements.
